AudioPoint directed audio solutions are simple to use and install. The directional speakers use regular AV inputs, so they can be hooked up to a video display, laptop, iPod or other audio source.
This flexibility makes AudioPoint perfect for permanent and temporary installation. Our directed audio units can be used in retail audio and point-of-sale (POS), experiential and outdoor media audio, trade show A.V, event audio, gallery and museum audio installs.
Directed audio uses advanced directional speaker technology to generate sound waves at a different frequency than regular speakers. These sound waves travel in a straight line, like light, rather than emanating outwards, like traditional speakers.
This means you can project your audio message further, to the area you want, without disturbing passers-by. Our engineering trials have shown that even at moderate volume, some of our directional speakers can direct an audible signal over 40 metres with good clarity.
